Sourcing Dry Fruits
Dry fruit is bought on appearance as much as on taste, so grading discipline is everything. Cashew is sorted to standard W and SW grades, raisins to colour and berry size, dates to moisture and calibre. Packing is vacuum, nitrogen-flushed or carton-lined depending on the destination and transit time.
