Sourcing Fresh Fruits

Overlapping harvest windows across our sourcing origins give us a long fruit calendar rather than a single short season. We buy standing crop from grower groups we have worked with for years, grade to buyer specification at the packhouse, and ship reefer or air depending on shelf life.
