How we collect, use and protect the information you give us.

Who we are
Elmarota LLC (“Elmarota”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal information described here. Our registered office is Shakhtostroitelnaya Ulitsa, 4, Kumertau, Republic of Bashkortostan 453301, Russia.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to respond to you and to run the trade relationship.
- Enquiry details — the name, company, email address, destination country, product interest and message you submit through the contact form.
- Correspondence — emails, quotations, specifications and documents exchanged while an enquiry or order is live.
- Technical data — server logs recording the IP address, browser and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run advertising or profiling cookies on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — this is the step you asked us to take.
- To perform a contract, where an enquiry becomes an order.
- To meet export, customs, tax and food-safety record-keeping obligations.
- For our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Elmarota staff handling your enquiry. Where an order proceeds, the information necessary to execute it is shared with freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection agencies, testing laboratories and banks. We share only what each of them needs, and we do not disclose your information to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Where it is held
Information is held on business systems operated on our behalf, which may be located outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Records connected to a shipment are kept for the period required by export, tax and food-safety rules, which is generally between five and eight years.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Write to info@elmarota.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting live enquiries will also be notified by email.
