Quality is a system, not an inspection
A single good container proves nothing. What a buyer needs is the confidence that the next twenty will be the same, which means the controls have to sit in the process rather than at the end of it.
Ours start in the field, with which blocks we are willing to buy from, and run through harvest timing, grading discipline, accredited testing and the records that tie a carton back to the row it grew in.

Testing
What we test, and why

Pesticide residue
Multi-residue screening at accredited laboratories, run against the destination market’s MRL list rather than a single generic panel.

Heavy metals
Lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury for spices, pulses and processed lines, reported per lot.

Mycotoxins
Aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxin for grains, nuts, dried fruit and spices, with ochratoxin A where required.

Microbiology
Total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli and Salmonella for processed and sterilised lines.

Common questions
What buyers usually ask first
Can we run our own protocol on your lots?
Yes. Send us the protocol at enquiry stage and we will confirm whether the growing blocks we intend to buy from can meet it, before you commit to an order. Buyer-specific spray schedules and pre-harvest intervals can be written into the field plan.
Who issues the certificate of analysis?
Accredited third-party laboratories, not an internal lab. The report names the lot, the sampling date and the laboratory, and it travels with the shipping documents.
What happens if a lot fails a test?
It does not ship. We tell you immediately, propose a replacement lot with a revised shipping window, and you decide whether to wait or cancel without penalty.
Do you accept third-party inspection at loading?
Always. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own nominated agent are welcome at the packhouse and at container stuffing. We do not charge for access.
How far back can you trace a carton?
To the grower group, the block and the harvest date. Every export carton carries a lot code, and we keep the field, grading and testing records against that code for three years.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes, for most categories. Send artwork and the packing specification; we handle print, labelling compliance for the destination market and the declarations that go on pack.
